“You may not remember me, but I tried your sauces at a show and told you that the hot sauce needed to go a notch hotter. The big guy in the booth came out and chatted with me about hot peppers for quite awhile -- nice guy. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that having purchased a couple bottles of the hot sauce, and experienced the flavor extensively, I take back my original statement.
